ARRL Field Day

What is ARRL Field Day?

Field Day is Amateur Radio's Open House.

On the 4th weekend in June, over 40,000 hams in North America set up temporary transmitting stations in public places to demonstrate amateur radio. Whether you are a seasoned operator, newly licensed, or just curious about Amateur Radio come out to our Field Day site and operate. We need volunteers to help setup on Friday, operate Saturday and Sunday, then take down on Sunday PM. Come join us at Field day, emergency preparedness is the game! We also will have a dedicated station with a licensed operator to allow you GOTA (Get On The Air)!
